Welcome to Your Program

Before your first night, take a few minutes to listen to this welcome message. It will orient you to how the program works, what to expect, and how to get the most from each session.

A personal welcome from Sarah

This program works while you sleep. Over seven nights you will move through a carefully designed sequence that works with your subconscious mind — gently, safely, without effort on your part.

There is nothing to do here except listen. Your conscious mind doesn't need to understand everything. Your nervous system will do the rest.

The first time through opens the door. Each time you return, you build the highway.
Your next step:
Continue to Before You Begin — then read your Listener's Guide before pressing play on Night 1 tonight.

Three things to know

1. Use stereo headphones

The tracks contain theta binaural beats at 6 Hz. These only work in stereo — earbuds are perfectly fine, speakers are not.

2. Falling asleep is the program working

If you drift off during a track, that is not failure. Your subconscious mind stays open and receptive even as you sleep.

3. Each return deepens the work

After Night 7, cycle back to Night 1. This is not starting over — it is the mechanism of the program. Every replay builds the neural highway deeper.

How This Works

This is a 7-night therapeutic audio program. Each night builds on the last — listen in order, one track per night, ideally at bedtime.

Each session uses Ericksonian hypnotherapy layered with theta brainwave entrainment (6 Hz binaural beats). You'll need stereo headphones. The tracks are designed to work while you drift toward sleep — you don't need to stay awake or concentrate.

After completing the 7-night sequence, you'll have access to the Continuation Library: maintenance tracks, situational rescue sessions, and deeper therapeutic work you can return to anytime.

Listen in order.

Night 1

The Unveiling

Meeting your armor with compassion.
~15 min · Stereo headphones required · Theta 6 Hz · 3 min ambient tail

Tonight you begin with awareness. This track invites you to meet your body's weight not as a failure — but as armor. Something that arrived for a reason.

You don't need to believe this yet. You just need to listen.

What to expect:
The track opens with a gentle descent — your breathing will slow, your body will soften. Some women feel emotion early in this one. That is not a problem. That is the door opening. If you fall asleep before it ends, your subconscious will receive what it needs.

The track continues with ambient sound for 3 minutes after the voice ends. This is intentional — it gives your nervous system space to integrate before the sound fades completely. Let it carry you.

What has my body been protecting me from? What does that protection feel like in my chest, my belly, my shoulders?

Night 2

The Safety Signal

Teaching your body that safety is possible.
~14 min · Stereo headphones required · Theta 6 Hz · 3 min ambient tail

Your nervous system has been in survival mode. Tonight you begin to teach it something new — that it is safe to soften. Safe to stop bracing.

This isn't relaxation in the ordinary sense. It's a recalibration — a signal to the deepest part of your nervous system that the emergency is over.

What to expect:
You may feel unusually calm after this track — a softness in the body that's different from ordinary tiredness. Some women describe it as feeling heavier, in a good way — like the body is finally allowing itself to rest.

The track continues with ambient sound for 3 minutes after the voice ends. This is intentional — it gives your nervous system space to integrate before the sound fades completely. Let it carry you.

Where in my body did I feel safety tonight? Even if it was small — describe it.

Night 3

The Release

Letting go of what has been carried.
~13 min · Stereo headphones required · Theta 6 Hz · 3 min ambient tail

This is often where something moves. Tonight works with emotional weight — the things your body has been holding that never found a way out.

You may not know what it is. You don't need to. The track will meet it where it lives in your body and give it permission to leave.

What to expect:
You may feel a heaviness during this track, followed by a lightening. Some women feel a wave of emotion — tears, a tightness in the throat, an unexpected memory. Others feel nothing dramatic, just a quiet sense that something has shifted. Both responses are the work happening.

The track continues with ambient sound for 3 minutes after the voice ends. This is intentional — it gives your nervous system space to integrate before the sound fades completely. Let it carry you.

What did I let go of, or begin to let go of? I don't need to name it fully. Just write what came.

Night 4

The Wound

Meeting the origin with love.
~14 min · Stereo headphones required · Theta 6 Hz · 3 min ambient tail
Tonight goes somewhere tender. If something unexpected surfaces, understand it as part of the process — not something going wrong. You are safe.

Somewhere in your history, a message was planted. Tonight you go back — not to relive it, but to meet the version of you who received that message — and give her what she needed then but didn't get.

This is not about blame. It's about completion — giving that younger version of you the response she deserved but never received.

What to expect:
This is often the night women remember. It can feel tender and very quiet. You may find yourself visiting a specific memory, or you may feel something without a clear image attached. Both are real. Both are the work.

The track continues with ambient sound for 3 minutes after the voice ends. This is intentional — it gives your nervous system space to integrate before the sound fades completely. Let it carry you.

What message did I carry — and who gave it to me? What would I say to the version of me who first received it?

Night 5

The Permission

Permission to take up space.
~14 min · Stereo headphones required · Theta 6 Hz · 3 min ambient tail

This one is about reclaiming what was quietly taken — or what you gave away so slowly you didn't notice it leaving.

Permission to exist at full volume. Permission to want things. Permission to stop apologizing for the space you take up in the world.

What to expect:
Many women feel a shift in the chest or throat during this one — a loosening, an opening. It can also feel emotional. Some describe a sense of expansion, as though the ribcage is finally allowed to fully open.

The track continues with ambient sound for 3 minutes after the voice ends. This is intentional — it gives your nervous system space to integrate before the sound fades completely. Let it carry you.

What have I been making myself smaller for? What would it feel like to stop?

Night 6

The Rewiring

Installing a new pattern.
~14 min · Stereo headphones required · Theta 6 Hz · 3 min ambient tail

Tonight consolidates. The previous five nights loosened old wiring — tonight begins laying new circuitry in its place.

This is the structural work — the part where new neural pathways are reinforced and the old patterns begin to lose their grip. It may feel quieter than previous nights. That is not a sign that less is happening. It's a sign that the foundation is being laid.

What to expect:
This track may feel less emotional and more structural — like something settling into place. Some women describe a sense of calm certainty — as though something has been decided without them needing to consciously decide it.

The track continues with ambient sound for 3 minutes after the voice ends. This is intentional — it gives your nervous system space to integrate before the sound fades completely. Let it carry you.

What does my body know now that it didn't know five days ago?

Night 7

The Becoming

The version of you that was always there.
~18 min · Stereo headphones required · Theta 6 Hz · 3 min ambient tail

Tonight you meet her. Not a future self in some abstract motivational sense — but the woman you already are beneath the armor.

She has been there this whole time — waiting for the noise to quiet enough for you to hear her. Tonight, you will.

What to expect:
This track closes the arc — but it also opens something. A sense of possibility that wasn't there before. This is the longest track in the program for a reason — it needs space to bring together everything the previous six nights have moved. Let it take the time it needs.

The track continues with ambient sound for 3 minutes after the voice ends. This is intentional — it gives your nervous system space to integrate before the sound fades completely. Let it carry you.

Describe the woman you glimpsed tonight. What is she like? How does she move through the world?
Return to Night 1 and begin again. This is not starting over — it is going deeper.

Beyond the 7 Nights

Continuation Library

~10 min · Stereo headphones required · Theta 6 Hz · 3 min ambient tail
When to use this:
Once a week, between 7-night cycles. Choose a consistent night — it becomes a ritual your nervous system begins to anticipate.

Neural pathways need repetition to become highways. This track is your weekly anchor — it keeps the subconscious work active between full cycles so that the rewiring compounds rather than fades.

Think of it as maintenance, not repetition. Each return reinforces what the 7 nights built.

6 min · Earbuds or speakers fine · No theta — use any time
When to use this:
The moment the urge arrives — before you act. Don't wait. Don't try to talk yourself out of it first. Press play immediately.

A craving is rarely about food. At its root it is a nervous system reaching for regulation — for comfort, for the feeling of being held. This track meets that need directly, without the food as the vehicle.

Use it immediately. The window between urge and action is where this track does its work.

No theta on this track — it works any time of day, anywhere you can put headphones in for six minutes.

6 min · Stereo headphones required · Theta 6 Hz · Leads to sleep · 5 min ambient tail
When to use this:
Racing thoughts at 2am. A body that won't settle. The loop of anxiety that keeps you staring at the ceiling.

Designed to lead directly into sleep — it doesn't end with an emergence. The 5-minute tail of ambient sound after the voice stops gives your nervous system space to fully dissolve into rest.

If you wake in the night, you can put it on again. There is no limit.

In bed · lights off · phone face down · let it carry you under

6 min · Earbuds or speakers fine · No theta · Use anywhere
When to use this:
10–15 minutes before a social eating situation. A dinner party. A work lunch. A holiday meal. Any environment where food becomes charged.

Pre-regulates your nervous system before you walk into a triggering environment. It ends with a clear emergence so you walk in present, regulated and fully yourself.

You will walk in different. Not performing calm — actually calm.

No theta on this track — it works wherever you are. Listen in your car, in a bathroom, wherever you have six quiet minutes.

7 min · Stereo headphones required · Theta 6 Hz · 90 sec ambient tail
When to use this:
When the mirror becomes the enemy. When you've caught yourself mid-thought and you know exactly where it's heading. Reach for this track before the spiral takes hold.

You can listen sitting in front of a mirror or lying down with your eyes closed. Either works. The track meets you where you are and gently interrupts the pattern before it completes.

This one has a 90-second soft landing at the end — stay with it until the sound fades completely.

13 min · Stereo headphones required · Theta 6 Hz · 3 min ambient tail
This track goes somewhere deep. Set aside time when you won't be interrupted. Some women find it helpful to have a journal nearby afterward — not to write immediately, but to have it available if something wants to come out.
When to use this:
When you sense the body stories you carry came from somewhere before you — from your mother, her mother, the women who shaped your earliest understanding of what bodies mean and what they're worth.

Some of what you carry wasn't originally yours. The way your mother talked about her body in front of the mirror. The silence around food at the dinner table. The comments — offhand, well-meaning, quietly devastating.

This track works with that layer — the inherited beliefs that run underneath everything else. If it was given to you, it can also be released from you.

The women who shaped your body beliefs were doing the same thing — carrying what was handed to them, doing their best with what they knew.

Set aside quiet, uninterrupted time · in bed or in a comfortable chair

How the Science Works

This program uses three evidence-based modalities working together:

Ericksonian Hypnotherapy — A permissive, non-directive form of hypnosis that works with your unconscious mind through metaphor, storytelling, and indirect suggestion. Unlike stage hypnosis, you remain aware and in control. The therapeutic language patterns bypass the critical mind and speak directly to the part of you that holds habits, beliefs, and emotional patterns.

Theta Brainwave Entrainment (6 Hz) — Binaural beats at 6 Hz guide your brain into the theta state — the same frequency you pass through as you fall asleep. In theta, your mind is highly suggestible and open to change. This is why the program works at bedtime: you're already naturally descending toward this state. The binaural beats require stereo headphones — each ear receives a slightly different frequency, and your brain produces the theta wave from the difference.

Polyvagal-Informed Design — Each track is structured to first activate your ventral vagal system — the branch of your nervous system associated with safety, connection, and calm. This isn't just relaxation. It's a physiological shift that moves your body out of fight-or-flight and into a state where deep change becomes possible.

Headphone Guide

The theta brainwave entrainment in this program requires stereo audio delivered separately to each ear. Here's what works:

Works

In-ear earbuds (wired or wireless)

AirPods, Galaxy Buds, any stereo earbuds. The most common option — perfectly effective for binaural beats.

Over-ear headphones

Comfortable for side sleepers if padded. Excellent stereo separation for the binaural beat layer.

Sleep headphones (headband style)

Flat speakers inside a soft headband — designed specifically for sleeping. Ideal for this program.

Won't work

Phone or laptop speakers

Speakers merge the left and right channels — the binaural beat cannot form without separate ear delivery.

Mono earphones

Single-driver earphones that send the same signal to both ears defeat the binaural mechanism entirely.

One earbud only

Each ear must receive a different frequency for theta entrainment. One ear is not enough.

Volume guidance:

Too quiet You can't hear the background tones beneath the voice
Just right The voice is clear and the ambient tones are gently present — like being in a warm room
Too loud The tones feel distracting or the voice feels too close

Note: The Craving Dissolve and Before-Event Calm tracks do not use theta entrainment — they work with any audio setup including phone speakers.

Yes. The program is designed to work as you fall asleep — that's actually the ideal state. Your conscious mind doesn't need to track the content. The therapeutic suggestions and theta entrainment continue working as you drift off. Many women report that the nights they remember least are the ones that shifted the most. If you fell asleep, the track did exactly what it was supposed to do.
Nothing is wrong. Some women feel a shift from Night 1 — others don't notice anything until Night 3 or 4. This is a cumulative process. Each night builds neural pathways that the next night deepens. The changes often show up not as dramatic feelings during the track, but as subtle shifts in your daily life — a craving that doesn't arrive, a moment of calm where there used to be anxiety, a kinder thought about your body that surprises you. Keep going. The work is happening beneath the surface.
Yes — that's the ambient tail. Each track includes a 3-minute (or 5-minute for The Midnight Reset) period of ambient sound after the spoken content ends. This is intentional. It allows the theta entrainment to continue working as you transition naturally into sleep, without the jarring experience of sudden silence. Let it play. Don't reach for your phone to stop it.
Yes. If a particular night felt significant — or if you feel you weren't fully present for it — you can repeat it before moving on. However, we recommend completing all 7 nights in sequence first, then cycling back through from Night 1. The second time through, you'll hear things differently. The tracks haven't changed — you have.
More than okay — it's a sign the work is reaching the right places. These tracks work with stored emotional material that your body has been holding, sometimes for years. When that material begins to move, it can surface as tears, a tightness in the chest, a wave of sadness, or even unexpected anger. None of this means something is wrong. It means something is finally being allowed to leave. If the emotion feels overwhelming, pause the program and return the next night. You're not behind — you're exactly where you need to be.

✦ ✦ ✦

Has something shifted for you?

Your experience matters — and it might help another woman take the first step. If something has changed, we'd love to hear about it.

Takes less than two minutes. Completely optional.
